Choose a preconfigured workout or configure your own for running, cycling, cardio- or weight-training and download them to your watch. Your connected watch records your exercises, repetitions, series and intervals for you.

Monitor your physical condition and stress level on a daily basis

Use the Elevate wrist heart rate monitor to track key data to understand how your body reacts during workouts. It estimates your max VO2 and your fitness age – important indicators of your physical fitness. It tracks your variable heart rate and uses it to calculate and record your level of stress.

Stay connected

Stay connected when training with your vívoactive 3 Music. Connect your watch to your compatible smartphone and receive and send SMS, emails, etc directly from your watch.Use the find-my-phone fonction, download and play your music and let your friends follow you with the LiveTrack function. When your workout is over, your data is automatically downloaded to our Garmin Connect sports community
