How to select your size
To optimize the effectiveness of the sock, take different and precise measurements around the larger of the calves and select the matching sock size.
size XS/S – calf circumference: 30/34 cm (11.8″/13.4″)
size M/L – calf circumference: 34/38 cm (13.4″/15″)
size XL/XXL – calf circumference: 38/42 cm (15″/16.5″)
How to slide on the sock
Roll your sock down to the heel.
Gently slide your sock onto your foot and check that the heel is in position.
Using both hands, stretch your sock out to the side to get it over your ankle and roll it carefully up the leg and then check that the heel is properly in position.
Adjust the sock so it’s just below the knee, and ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf, with no folds along the leg.
Level of pressure:
There is between 12 mmHg and 16 mmHg of pressure (tolerance of + or – 4 mmHg). The pressure is lowest at the heel: (12 +/-4 mmHg) and highest on the calf (16 +/-4 mmHg).
